Who we are

Web Project Studios Limited is the data controller for any personal data this website collects.

  • Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE
  • Company number: 06690567 (Registered in England and Wales)
  • VAT: GB 215634326
  • Contact: hello@webprojectstudios.co.uk

What we collect

We only collect data you give us yourself.

  • Contact form submissions. The form opens your email client with your name, email, company, and the workflow description pre-filled. You press send. The data only reaches us when you actually send the email — it does not pass through any server we control.
  • Calendly bookings. If you book a call through the embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email, time slot, and some technical data (browser, time zone) and shares the booking with us so we can attend.
  • Email replies. When you reply by email, we keep the thread until the conversation is no longer active.

Anonymous visit metrics (Vercel Web Analytics). We collect aggregate, cookieless statistics about pages visited and basic technical info (country, device type, referrer). No cookies are set. No personal identifiers are stored. Visitors are not profiled, fingerprinted, or tracked across sessions. We do not run advertising pixels of any kind.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services. Each acts as a data processor and only sees the data they need to do their job.

  • Calendly (Calendly LLC, US) — scheduling. Sees the booking data you submit. calendly.com/privacy
  • Our email service provider — receives and stores email correspondence with us. If you'd like to know the specific provider used at the time of your enquiry, email us and we'll tell you.
  • Hosting and analytics provider (Vercel Inc., US) — serves this website and provides cookieless visit metrics through Vercel Web Analytics. The hosting provider does not have access to form submissions because the form is mailto-based.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't pass it to anyone outside the providers above.

International transfers

Calendly and Vercel are based in the United States. Our email service provider may also be US-based. When you book a call, send an email, or load this site, some data is transferred to the US.

These providers maintain appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR — typically the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent. Email us if you'd like to see the specific safeguards.

Cookies

This site uses two categories of cookies.

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to load and to remember your cookie preference. Set automatically. Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional cookies (Calendly) — set by the embedded Calendly widget on the contact page. Used to remember booking state and time-zone preferences. The widget does not load until you accept cookies. If you reject, you can still book directly on Calendly through the link we provide.

You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

  • Active enquiries and email threads — until the conversation is no longer relevant, plus six months.
  • Calendly bookings — until the call has happened or been cancelled, plus six months.
  • Engagement records during a live project — until the contract ends, then six years to meet UK statutory record-keeping requirements (HMRC).

If you'd like your data erased earlier, see Your rights below.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • ask for your data in a portable format
  • withdraw any consent you have given
